Wellman Original supports energy release and general health: The formula contains 29 specific nutrients. It has been specially formulated to maintain overall health and vitality in men of all ages. Wellman is an advanced one-a-day tablet, which has been specifically formulated to support men.
It is the Original Supplement For Men: Wellman formula is different from other multivitamins as it is formulated on the basis of international research evidence for the needs of men, so some nutrients are above the Nutrient Reference Value. Wellman is a source of all the major minerals and vitamins, it also provides more than 100% of certain nutrients, plus Co-enzyme Q10, Siberian Ginseng, and amino acids.
Wellman supports the immune system: Wellman includes vitamins C, A, D, B12, and B6 plus copper and folic acid which maintain the normal function of the immune system. It also contains 10 µg of vitamin D which is the recommended level by the UK Department of Health.
It helps with sports and exercise: Wellman contains magnesium and pantothenic acid which reduce tiredness and fatigue.
Wellman supports reproductive health: Wellman contains zinc which is essential to normal reproduction and the maintenance of normal testosterone levels. What to do if I can not swallow a tablet or capsule?

Difficulty in swallowing tablets is quite a common experience. Vitabiotics have researched this extensively and recommend after chewing some food (e.g. banana), just before you swallow, pop the tablet into your mouth and swallow it together with the chewed food, followed by some liquid. The throat opens up wider to swallow the chewed food and so the tablet should go down with greater ease. Alternatively, the tablets may be swallowed with thicker liquids such as yoghurts or smoothies.

What type of Ginseng is used in the Wellman formula?

How long does it take to see any benefits in overall health and well-being?
